How It Works

Tamsulosin should not be used in people with a known hypersensitivity to tamsulosin or any component of the product. A recognised precaution is the risk of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome during cataract surgery; eye surgeons should be informed about current or past use. Reported adverse effects include dizziness, abnormal ejaculation, rhinitis, and other upper-respiratory symptoms.
