How It Works

Important Safety Information
As with other PDE5 inhibitors, udenafil should not be used with nitrates because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Caution is also important with other PDE5 inhibitors, riociguat, alpha-blockers, and some antihypertensive medicines, due to additive blood-pressure-lowering effects.
Important precautions seen across the PDE5 inhibitor class include cardiovascular disease, low blood pressure, recent serious heart events, and a history of vision or hearing problems.
