Super hiforce
Super hiforce is a combination product containing sildenafil and dapoxetine. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used for premature ejaculation in men where that medicine is authorised. The combination has been studied in men with both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, but this specific fixed-dose product is not established as a standard regulatory medicine in the sources reviewed.
Active Ingredient and Medicine Class
Sildenafil belongs to the PDE5 inhibitor class. It supports penile erection by enhancing the nitric oxide–cGMP pathway. Dapoxetine belongs to the SSRI class and acts on serotonin signalling. In regulatory sources, dapoxetine is identified for premature ejaculation, while sildenafil is identified for erectile dysfunction.

How It Works
Sildenafil helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation by inhibiting PDE5, which preserves cGMP-mediated smooth muscle relaxation. Dapoxetine increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, which can delay ejaculation. The two ingredients act through different pathways and may address two separate sexual function problems.
Important Safety Information
Sildenafil is contraindicated with nitrates and nitrites because of the risk of marked blood pressure lowering. Caution is also required with alpha-blockers and other blood-pressure-lowering medicines. Dapoxetine has important safety concerns typical of SSRIs, including interaction risk with other serotonergic medicines and monoamine oxidase inhibitors, and it may be unsuitable in patients with certain cardiovascular, psychiatric, or fainting-related risk factors. The combination may increase the chance of dizziness, low blood pressure, and other adverse effects.
Possible Side Effects
Reported side effects of sildenafil include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, visual disturbance, and indigestion. Dapoxetine commonly causes nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, insomnia, and fatigue. In combination studies, adverse effects were usually mild to moderate, but palpitations, flushing, and headache were reported. Serious reactions can occur, including symptomatic hypotension, syncope, and serotonin syndrome.
Scientific Evidence
Peer-reviewed clinical studies have examined sildenafil-dapoxetine combination therapy in men with premature ejaculation, with or without erectile dysfunction. A randomised placebo-controlled trial found the combination improved ejaculatory latency and patient-reported outcomes more than single agents in men without erectile dysfunction. A separate open-label study in men with both conditions also reported improvement in erectile and ejaculatory measures, though the evidence base remains limited and is not a substitute for official product approval.
