Tastylia 10 mg is a tadalafil product identified as an oral dissolvable strip. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction in adult men. Common adverse effects reported with tadalafil include headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, and flushing. Important but less common serious reactions include priapism, sudden visual loss suggestive of NAION, severe hypersensitivity reactions, and clinically significant hypotension in susceptible patients.
