How It Works

Important Safety Information
Tadalafil is contraindicated with any form of organic nitrate because of the risk of a marked drop in blood pressure. Prescribing information also warns about clinically significant interactions with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives and alcohol, which may further lower blood pressure.
