Hiforce 100 mg is a sildenafil tablet product. Sildenafil is a prescription medicine used for erectile dysfunction in men. The verified medicine class is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. The 100 mg strength is a recognised sildenafil tablet strength in prescribing information.
Active Ingredient and Medicine Class

How It Works
Sildenafil inhibits PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). By preserving cGMP, it enhances smooth muscle relaxation and blood flow in the penis during sexual stimulation, helping support an erection. It does not itself cause sexual arousal.
Important Safety Information
Sildenafil is contraindicated with nitrates or nitric oxide donors because the combination can cause a marked fall in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to sildenafil and with guanylate cyclase stimulators. Caution is needed in people taking alpha-blockers, antihypertensive medicines, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, or ritonavir, because these combinations may increase sildenafil exposure or the risk of low blood pressure. Patients with cardiovascular disease, severe renal impairment, hepatic impairment, or a history of priapism require particular clinical caution.
Possible Side Effects
Commonly reported adverse effects include headache, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, and visual changes. More serious reactions can include prolonged erection, sudden loss of vision, sudden hearing loss, and symptomatic hypotension.
Scientific Evidence
Randomised trials and systematic reviews have found sildenafil to be more effective than placebo for improving erectile function and successful intercourse attempts in men with erectile dysfunction. Review evidence also shows that the medicine is generally well tolerated, with most adverse effects being transient and dose-related.
