Super vidalista is a combination product identified as containing tadalafil and dapoxetine. Active Ingredient and Medicine Class

Established Medical Uses
Tadalafil is an established treatment for erectile dysfunction and is also used in some regulatory settings for benign prostatic hyperplasia and pulmonary arterial hypertension, depending on the product. Dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation in adult men in countries where it is authorised. Combination use has been studied in men with premature ejaculation and comorbid erectile dysfunction, but specific approval for this fixed-dose combination should be verified locally.
How It Works
Tadalafil inhibits PDE5, helping maintain levels of cyclic GMP and supporting erection during sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine increases serotonin signalling at the level of the nervous system, which can help lengthen the time to ejaculation. Together, the medicines target erectile function and ejaculatory control through separate mechanisms.
Important Safety Information
Tadalafil is contraindicated with nitrates because of the risk of marked blood pressure lowering. It also requires caution with alpha-blockers and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. Dapoxetine has important interaction concerns with other serotonergic medicines, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, thioridazine, and some CYP3A4 inhibitors, because of the risk of serious adverse reactions. Both ingredients may be unsuitable in people with significant cardiovascular disease or a history of fainting, and dapoxetine is not intended for use in patients younger than adult age groups covered by its authorised indications.
Possible Side Effects
Common adverse effects associated with tadalafil include headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle pain, flushing, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Dapoxetine is commonly associated with nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, insomnia, and fatigue. Serious reactions are uncommon but can include syncope, marked hypotension, severe allergic reactions, priapism with tadalafil, and serotonin syndrome with dapoxetine.
Scientific Evidence
Clinical studies support tadalafil for erectile dysfunction and dapoxetine for premature ejaculation. A randomised crossover study found no pharmacokinetic interaction between dapoxetine and tadalafil. Another randomised controlled trial in men with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction on PDE5 inhibitor therapy found dapoxetine improved ejaculatory outcomes versus placebo and was generally well tolerated. Evidence for the fixed-dose combination is still more limited than for the individual medicines.
